What this site collects
Clearly does not currently provide user accounts, booking forms or an on-site contact form. If you send an email, the message contains the address, name and other information you choose to include.
The hosting and security provider may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
Why the information is used
Email information is used to answer questions, verify corrections, evaluate public clinic sources and keep a reasonable record of editorial changes. Technical logs are used to deliver the site, detect abuse and diagnose faults.
Sharing and retention
Clearly does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by providers needed to host, secure and operate the site or email service, and may be disclosed when the law requires it.
Messages and related records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, editorial records, security or legal obligations. Provider logs follow the provider's retention settings.
Your choices
To ask what personal information is held, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email hello@clearly.com.ph. A request may require enough information to verify that it concerns you.
Updates
This policy is effective 21 September 2026. It will be updated if the site adds forms, analytics, advertising technology or another material use of personal information.
